83.7% of consumers, sustainability is important
The majority of those surveyed find the topic of sustainability currently important (47.0 %) or very important (36.7 %). For 12.7 % consumers, sustainability is currently not such an important issue, only for 3.5 % it is not important at all.
65.1% of the consumers surveyed prefer companies that are committed to sustainability when making a purchase decision.
Over 70% of respondents are willing to pay up to 20% more for a comparable sustainable product.
