BKK ProVita has been the first statutory health insurance company to be climate-neutral for 5 years. The emissions are recorded annually with the help of the "Greenhouse Gas Protocol" and offset with projects that are certified according to the Gold Standard. Emissions have been reduced by over 50% over the past three years. This was partly due to the reduction of commuter emissions and sustainability criteria in all tenders and awards!
